Fastingly Fit with Helen Reeves’ ACTION Plan: Accountability, Coaching, Timesaving, Intermittent Fasting, Optimizing nutrition, is a 6 week online nutrition and fitness program. The Fastingly Fit App is used to facilitate the ACTION plan. In the six week program you will work daily with Helen, a certified sports nutrition and fitness coach with over ten years experience in the fitness industry.
You will receive a daily 15 minute or less effective workout with modifications for beginners
Weekly meal plans for six weeks, complete with a grocery list, macro count and recipes to make nutrition easy
Weekly check in to help you with accountability and answer any questions you may have
